As the lead voice for Think 2018 audience engagement, I had the extraordinary opportunity to help bring this memorable motto to life in a new and wonderfully tangible way for 30,000+ attendees and remote viewers all over the world.
Below you'll see the Watson Session Expert, an AI-enabled scheduling assistant, and it's the first time I've worked on a public-facing chatbot to display in my portfolio! I'm looking forward to more product and UX copywriting opportunities like this as AI technologies become more and more viable in user experiences.

Most of what we did was behind the scenes, co-creating a revamped version of IBMer values and complex brand architectures, but some of my public-facing copy is still live online more than five years later in the IBM Collection, the surprisingly chic merchandise destination featuring everything this iconic brand has to offer as wearable tangible badges of company pride.
