Delft Station Poster
I designed a poster that is now hanging in the train station in Delft, The Netherlands. It’s hanging there to promote an exhibition with all kinds of prototypes of vehicles build by TU Delft students and to promote the innovation and technological part of Delft and the connection with the TU Delft. I have been working on this design for a really long time and now its finally finished! The poster is 7 by 2.8 meters wide. This is my first big project for a client.
Here the process is visible of the project from the beginning to the end. I started with choosing the buildings I wanted to have on the poster and visited them to get a better understanding how they look. Then I started making 2D version of them in grey colours. Later I gave them more detail.
This is the final design of the poster, as you can see it has a lot of stuff going on: There are a total of 13 buildings, 8 persons and 10 vehicles of all kind. In the clouds I placed texts that explain something about the history of the building and the persons also tell a small story of their own.
Because the poster is so big it's hard to see everything in detail, so here are a few more detailed views of the poster.
Thanks for viewing my project!
