The global Tiger Beer campaign "Uncage street food" is all about the power of shared passion for food to bring people together.
As the foodie scene increases in popularity, it has developed in polar opposite directions. On the one hand, fine-dining reaches ever higher heights, on the other hand there is more and more fascination with lo-fi, simple, street fare (burgers, noodles, sandwiches…)
We brought together two Michelin starred chefs from opposite ends of the food spectrum : recently awarded Michelin starred Hawker Chan Hong Meng and a reputed 3 star Michelin chef at a travelling pop-up restaurant called Tiger Streats.
The event travelled to Sydney, Auckland, New York and Kuala Lumpur. All elements for this event were designed to hero this unexpected combination of street food and fine dining.
All nights were capacity crowds.
