Xe'Ha Logo Project
Logo concepts for Think Twice SA [LINK], based out of Cerro San Gil, Guatemala. They focus on helping local growers of cacao, cardamom, and coffee to increase their production and negotiate higher prices for their goods.
This logo was created to represent Mayan artwork while referencing the cardamom crop, the primary source of income for the farmers in the area:
The "X" symbol represents the Mayan word "Xe'Ha," which means spring water. This shape will also be found in the design of the company's headquarters.
The client ultimately chose to go with the top, more complex version that includes the symbol of a ceramic crock, used to carry water:
