A Virtual Reality experience showing the BP oil journey. The experience allowed BP’s stakeholders to take a journey following the oil from exploration through extraction to the end client. It takes the viewer across vast areas of land and deep under the sea, in the middle of a busy road, inside an engine but also deep into space while narrating the key benefits of BP’s processes in order to maximise efficiency in terms of current processes of oil extraction and their plans for the future. With an engaging and informative narrative, the film aims to explain complex scientific and technical details in a visually attractive manner.
Contributed in scene and camera setup, engine shading, city traffic and engine animation.
