This Project is based around the Film, Raging Bull. Instead of focusing on the main characters actions, I decided to look at the females in the film and specifically frequently violent and aggressive language used towards them.

I chose to counteract this violent language towards the female characters with images of strong fighting women, going against the stereotyped view of women in the film (housewives) Raging Bull is an incredible film and I very much enjoyed looking at it from a different perspective and also researching the amazing history of women's boxing. Within this project I also enjoyed using Screenprinting and Risograph techniques alongside photoshop and InDesign.
