It is long over due that I present this Poe inspired print. I'm not quite sure why it took me so long to create a design inspired by one of my favorite American authors of all time. I remember reading those old stories of the strange and macabre, in awe of those intricate illustrations by Harry Clarke. I'm sure this will not be my last, but I present to you "Nevermore."
You will also see some of the process videos for the carving process of this block print. I've really had a good time documenting this process. I hope some of you will find it interesting or informative.
"Nevermore" is hand carved and hand printed on 7.75×11 inch 100lb Steel Blue French Paper with an alternative print on Bag Brown French cover stock using water base block printing inks.
