InstaWho is a curated directory of the most interesting and popular users of Instagram. It was developed to scratch an itch of mine. I found it difficult to find really interesting people to follow, therefore I strived to create a directory of well known, and worthwhile users of Instagram. The goal is to grow the app into an entity people trust as a source of Instagram users.
InstaWho uses the instagram api to pull in users profile details and their photos. Development and coding, branding, icon and graphic design and concept was created and developed by myself. I decided to use a small amount of skeuomorphismto recreate the feel of browsing a photo album and shuffling through polaroid photos.
The app is currently available on iPhone only and is available in the app store very soon.
