This project is based on an idea Alfredo had when he was in highschool while studying astronomy and ancient greeks' legends and traditions.
Being always fascinated by astrology and its meanings, he already sketched some of the signs in "human" transpositions, but he still didn't had the knowledge to realize them properly.
After graduating, though, he attended to the Academy of Fine Arts of Macerata and there he met Elisa Amadori who whould become his roomate and dear friend. When both of them had to face a photography exam, Alfredo proposed his old idea of representing zodiac signs visually through everyday people, objects and constellations.
Elisa was extremely pleased by the idea and she offered all her knowledge about photography. Together they gathered people among friends and Academy's students to best embody the 12 zodiac signs.
That's how Zodiakos Project was born
