A book about taking care of your body
The brief for my exam was to make a book about a place. I chose the place that is most important for most people, out bodies. Our bodies are where we live our whole lives, it is our temple and we need to take care of it. Body image and health is an important subject in today’s society. WHO predicts that by 2020, 70% of all illnesses will be related to lifestyle. I want my book to be an inspiration and a reminder to take care of the most important thing we own.
