Toluna's analytics tool allow to get relevant insights from surveys. When creating a survey and targeting the audience each user get an analytics tool that allows to see the survey process on-line. One of the main things that important for survey creator is the option to follow the answers, filter them and be aware how much from each target option has finished.
Challenge:
Analytics tool are most of the time includes a lot of action options. User can 'crop' targeted respondents and create from them another report that will show the insights about this population. Survey analyst would like to share with other people or export the survey results to another program. Most of the main action is to allow create cross between answer to define better the survey results.
The main issue is to allow create all these functionalities but also show in prominent way the most important data and insights.
