That was my starting point for this poster concept. I believe that rational incentive and reward do more to motivate people to engage in free and open interaction with one another than do the use of force, physical or otherwise. Modern society has deemed money to be the quantified representation of incentive and reward, but money is not a necessary factor. What is important is the free and open exchange between willing parties who both have a stake in maintaining a functional and amicable relationship. This idea can be extrapolated to interactions between cities, states or nations.
