This project I was assigned as team project to produce music video for the song. And we chose the song of Shadow Children by Mindy Gledhill as the theme. Then we decided to make the stop motion animation by paper cut and begin to create the storyboard first. It talks the story about grandmother, how she miss her childhood time and chase her dream as a renowned dancer. Here is the process of producing the animation.
Process:
I. Think of the storyline and character
II. Draw the storyboard and decide how many scenes we should make
(And I am mainly distributed on design train-ship-plane scene and stair-mirror scene)
III. Draw the scenes on computer for printing and cutting it out
IV. Cutting the scene with coloured paper
V. After cutting all the scene, take the photos at flat photography studio
