The HREC Network is a non-profit network and its purpose is to connect HR Execs globally, inspire each other, share best practice and be a sounding board.  Blue Juice was tasked to redesign and develop the website in order to engage users and improve the user experience.
Our intention is to build a sense of community around the core HREC network. To do this we have outlined three main aims for the HREC website:

1.    To invigorate the HREC brand.
2.    Encourage interaction and production of new content across the network.
3.    To attract new members into the network (specifically younger, lower level execs).

The HREC website is a fully responsive website, using subtle interactions, animations and strategically placed content to keep the user engaged on the website. 
Our goal with the redesign of the website is to inject more professionalism into the HREC brand to appeal to both existing members and new members who will be invited to join by exclusive invite.

We have chosen to create the website with a parallax scrolling style as the homepage. This ensures great User Experience as the user enters the site. The hover and scroll effects draws the user in and keeps them engaged.
