Before I start to capture the photo, I do some research via online to find out what’s the true way to capture still life photo. And finally I found a useful Chinese photo guide site (http://www.fotobeginner.com/6696/5-tips-for-food-photography/). I learn a lot from there.
It’s good to use the sun life to do the light of our main subject. So put beside the window is a good choice or we can use a table lamp to be our “light maker”. If using the sun light, we should take the photo when it’s around 8 to 11 and 3 to 6. And we also can put some others thing to make the photo look more good and nice. This is teach by our lecturer.
Just using a normal white paper or tracing paper to block the light can make the effect like the right one.
Here my camera and my little studio. I brought majong paper to be the white background. And I use tripod to hold my camera. But the tripod can’t get capture lower angle that I wan so I use coke tin to hold my camera to get the angle.
