Book Design of George Orwell novel 1984 has been created as a school project at Tomas Bata University in Zlin. Design suppose to reflect content of the book, represent the rawness of the story and its disturbing mood. Minimalistic approach is used as a tool for creating this feel with simplifying whole design as much as possible, use just typography, photography and cuted pages to make interesting layering and interface all these items together in intriguing composition.
