Brands and Talents – the chosen name of the new brand, created by studio DEZA, reflected
the essence of employer branding direction: brands-clients are interested in best talented people. Brands and talents are equal notions, and the talents are always the base of successful brand.
This idea of their union became the base of logotype – in the figurative and literal sense of the word.

The semantic meaning of the logo is placed on the union “and”, marked with a color and built into the word “brands”.
It is the link that holds the connection between the two concepts. At the same time, talents and brands are equivalent,
none of the words dominate the other, they form a single bloc.

Creating the logotype, we focused on an advanced audience of HR-directors, HR-business partners and marketing managers. The studio set a task to show that the new company has a unique expertise at the intersection of marketing and HR and, despite youth, has a lot of experience. In other words, to separate the brand’s image from exclusively creative start-upers, making stress on clarity, analytics and professionalism.

The modern type and use of lower case underline openness and friendliness. Graphite color of background is associated
with thoroughness, reliability; green color of union “and” speaks about novelty and freshness. In general the logotype has stable form of square, that gives feeling of knowledge, experience and confidence.

The created logotype and corporate style will allow the new brand of ANCOR company to be one of the first in relatively new field of employer branding and to identify leadership positions in the provision of more and more popular services to strengthen the HR-brand.
