    Ueno started as a small freelance operation. As the identity and culture of this new agency grew we all realized a new design language was necessary to accommodate the new needs. This process began outlining an art direction over homepage, project exploration, and general navigation of the site. Defining this new identity was aided by a brand exercise lead by Moniker that helped define overall themes. From the brand work, I was able to jump in and establish how this system would take form in a digital touch point. Read Less
