An author’s wine painted by the Alentejo. This phrase could very well sum up the whole idea behind the wine and simultaneously of the image of the Monte dos Cabaços. Produced by Margarida Cabaço, Monte dos Cabaços reflects the identity of the Monte da Azinheira, expressed in its ancient mansion, secular home of the Cabaço family.

Inspired on the location, but also on the free expression of the sketch of "Monte dos Cabaços" house, this project is built combining the spontaneous language of the draft with the chromatic palette that most identifies the Alentejo – the blue that splashes the whitewashed houses, the yellow hot sun and the brown of the plain, symbol of a land so vinic as the Alentejo.
