It's a project that we initiated due to the inefficiency of city bus and high expense of taxi,

we tried to mix these two system and extract the advantage of both.

The strategy to to set up several routes that can't be reach by bus (or takes too long), and allocate certain amount of taxis operate on this route, the passenger can use their phone to call the taxi and make reservation and pay with their phone which will may replace real currency and boost efficiency.

The passenger may tip the driver and rate other passenger who share the ride with them. Though due to the local regulation, we can't start the operation, but through the process we have gained lots of attention. And still willing to start it if possible.
