This was part of Orion Publishings competition 2017 where we had to produce a 20th-anniversary book cover design for The Reader

My final solution uses a poem written by myself as a response the books main themes, This poem is carved into wood blocks and then printed in a grid over the book cover inspired by the Berlin holocaust memorial.
