The Romance Factory

A factory can be defined as (1) a building or group of buildings where goods are manufactored, (2) a place where manufactured parts are assembled into a finished product and/or (3) a source of prolific production. The theme of the this project is the reinvention and redefinition of an urban industrial archetype. Following research based from the previous project as well as research of current and past factories, the basis of The Romance Factory is the 'manufacture and export' of romance within Londonthus increasing its 'value' within the city.
