A few weeks ago I spent time over a two days with some fantastic folks over at Coastal Kitchen in Capitol Hill. I've always loved this space for it's wide open feel, huge windows offering lots of light, friendly atmosphere and crazy good food (I mean, incredibly good). Now I can unassumingly say it's one of my favorite spots in all of Seattle. I sure hope they have me back later this year to capture more of their consistently rotating menu (another reason to visit often!)
