CONCEPT
After the United States, Finland has also adopted the principle to no longer teach cursive handwriting in elementary school. The use of computer keyboards, smartphones, tablets, and the evolution of teaching, have led countries to no longer make it obligatory to learn cursive.
In France, some writers, French professors, and psychologists have gotten together to form a collective organization to alert citizens of their opinions on the dangers of this government decision. They help transfer research and reports from specialists of all areas to the public, creating a sort of "link" between these specialists and the general public.
