Landscapes, Misc

This is a set of landscapes commissioned for a corporate conference room.  They're ink and graphite on Bristol.  A Micron 005, a French curve, and a lot of patience created these.  Caffeine helped.  I don't typically slather praise on my own work, but in this case I'll go so far as to say I love the way these turned out.  The client was happy as well.  Mission accomplished.
This is the second iteration of an illustration for the website of Decagon Devices, Inc.  The first version (posted under a different project) was too cartoony for the context.  I had more time on this version and went for a "National Geographic" feel.
In a related project for Decagon, these illustrations were done for use in a video describing a new product.  The video can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PCinqBtPjs.
An illustration for "The Boise Weekly" accompanying an article about telecommuting.  Ink and watercolor wash with a digital background fill and gradient.
Also for "The Boise Weekly", this illustration was for a story introducing a colorful man running for congress in Idaho.
