Canva empowers anyone to design graphics.
One of my roles at my time in Canva was to design a number of graphics for just anyone to use. The challenge of designing for a platform like this was that you were limited by then constraints of the platform. A lot of these designs were made before some of the current features were rolled out (pre-kerning, pre-grid spacing, etc). We were also limited to what stock photos were available, and a number of usability constraints for the layouts. Layouts couldn't be too complex but still offer enough for Canva's millions of users to start and be inspired by the design.
In a year of being with Canva, I'd designed possibly hundreds of layouts. Here is a selection of some of my work! You can use most (if not all of these layouts at Canva.com). The watermark is preserved.
