The project is about the mechanism of spreading and transmitting. Once an idea, a thought or a concept had been born it could be passed to further individuals and territories. "Chain reaction" occurs regardless of whether it is positive or negative. Think of Nazi ideology or the idea of enlightenment, think how contagious the strive to liberty or the fear could be. And one never know what will be the outcome.
