The more appropriate size of the sheet in order to realize the exercise is an A4 sheet. However in some exercises it is preferred an A5 or A3 sheet. The weight of the sheet used is 80 grams. The size of the paper also determines the final structure resistance. More the sheet is smaller and more durable is the final structure. The most complicated part is figuring out how to fold the paper in order to obtain the final shape sought. With the most complicated forms I had to wear gloves since you have a lot to manipulate the paper and eventually hands start to sweat. As a result the paper lost all its strength. From the performance point of view, I noticed that the structures with more folds is much more robust and resistant. As an alternative material to the paper I propose aluminum, felt or plastic.
