My job title at work is UI/UX Architect, and if you asked me what the majority of my work was i'd say front end web design, but now and again you get asked to do something a little off-piste. This is one of those projects :-)

My boss asked me to look into how feasible it was to offer an in-house ebook/iBook production service, which we trialled with the recently published 'Brand Story' for the University.

I had access to all the assets that were used to create the print version, and largely based it on the existing document as far as layout and presentation goes.

Not sure I'm going to be shifting job into ebook production, but an interesting experiment nonetheless...
