Wasserman @ NYU-Poly Work

NYU Wasserman Work
A highlight of my work at The Wasserman Center at NYU-Poly
For the summer of 2012, I worked in the Career Management Center at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU (i.e., NYU-Poly), where I am currently studying for my Master's Degree in Integrated Digital Media.  This was part of the Graduate Student Employment Training (GSET) program, the grad school equivalent of Work Study for NYU and NYU-Poly students.

My job was to produce marketing materials for their many events and maintain their public image.  To this end, I designed several print materials for their events.

PLEASE NOTE: All of these materials, including logos and images, are property of the Wasserman Center for Career Development at NYU-Poly, and are thus not available for reuse or modification.  The Gotham font is also unavailable for reuse without the proper license from legitimate sources.
This is a flyer given to all incoming students (both graduate and undergraduate) at NYU-Poly as part of their Welcome Week.  It lists a few of the important actions that must be done for students to truly make the most out of their career search.
All departments of NYU are required to have their own distinct logo (that matches the overall identity of the university).  I was asked to make one for the newly-renamed Wasserman Center @ NYU-Poly, as part of a further effort to merge with NYU.

Please note that as of now, this logo is up for review, and may be subject to change.
There are several LCD monitors located at the front desk and main hallways of NYU-Poly's campus in Downtown Brooklyn.  They are designed to display several different adverts for the many events and departments at the school.  This is an advert for the Strategy Seminar Series, a series of seminars that help students with new career preparation strategies in the comfort of a small group.
The Career Management office has just recently added two Keurig coffee makers.  One is for the staff, and one is placed at the waiting area of the office.  Students are encouraged to make themselves a cup while they wait for their appointments.

As a bit of fun, I put in a disclaimer on the bottom saying that the coupon is not required for a free cup of coffee!
Dining etiquette is something that is often overlooked by many students.  This is why NYU-Poly hosts this information session teaching students the proper way to behave in professional dining settings.

Please note the lack of food in the picture.  The event does not provide actual food!
Everyone is nervous about upcoming interviews, which is why the office offers mock interviews to students to get used to the environment of a one-on-one interview.
Many events at NYU-Poly require name badge, so I was asked to design a few for later reprint.  They were all designed according to a premade Avery name badge template, and include the school's famous "i2e" logo as a watermark.
As mentioned before, the Wasserman Center at NYU-Poly hosts a variety of events to get students involved with the department.  One such event is an information session regarding teh benefits of becoming a NACME scholar.
