For this project I used some of the steps from "building a beer label" tutorial. At fist I found 6 different images that was not protected and good (some almost good) quality. Placed all on one page. Used Gradient tool to smooth transition between the background and each image. Cropped eyes on the separate layer. Used the Sponge tool (desaturate) to make all pictures to look similar. Applied Sponge tool (saturate) one the separate layer to the eyes to make them more visible. Used blur tool to make each picture with less contrast on the edges. 

I think this poster speaks for itself about the campaign it can be used for.
