Synopsis
A guy makes a proposal to his girlfriend. Unfortunately, it’s too surprising for her; she’s shocked and suddenly stops breathing so, he is trying to help his lover by performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Watching this video will enhance you to know how basic CPR works and how to help the victims who suddenly stop breathing or not breathing normally survive from cardiac arrest, by following the rules of C-A-B (Chest compressions – Airway - Breathing) of latest 2015 CPR guidelines.
A guy surprises his girlfriend by making the proposal while they are dating.
However, his surprise makes his girlfriend shocked and stops breathing.
He starts helping his girlfriend by asking and checking her if she’s still breathing or not, and calling emergency service.
A guy starts performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) by following the rules of C-A-B.
A chest compression (C) is the first rule. Kneeling beside of the victim and then placing the heel of one hand in the center of victim’s chest. Placing the other hand on top and interlock both fingers together. Keep the arms straight and start pressing down to a depth of 2-2.4 inches for 30 times within 15-18 s.   
Airway (A) is the second rule. Tilting the victim’s head down and lifting the victim’s chin up.
Breathing (B) is the third rule. Starting with pinching the victim’s nose closed. Place the mouth to mouth and blow steady. 2 times of breathing per 30 times of chest compressions.
