This project was originally started as a submission for a contest held by the city for a new seal. I went for a modern feel to branch out from the normal official style of city seals. I came up with quite a few concepts and narrowed it down to this one and one more that I may post later. I felt like I had to use yellow as the main color because the amount of sun we get here is overwhelming. The green was used as an accent for the land and orange groves we have.
