I have been planning and creative directing the ATL, BTL and CSR communication campaigns of PP Center Business Park (40000 sqm real estate to let) since 2012 with Realside Communications Agency.

When we started to work for PP Center in 2012 their occupancy rate  stood at 60% and as a result of our efforts they managed to increase the rate of rented premises to 90% in 2016.
CSR campaign
Open call for cultural projects to use empty premises of PP Center Business Park. Artkartell unifies all cultural projects  and events sponsored by PP Center Business Park. Artkartell also runs an online art magazine.

We lead a 360 campaign for Pick Salami at Café Creative with the concept: Perfect harmony
Translation: 
One part is worth nothing without the other. That’s why we care a lot about all the tiny details. Only the best is used. All gramms count because of  Pick: flavour is everything. All the parts and details coming together for being well and eating well. Being well means eating well.
