Goal is Standard Chartered Bank global programme aimed at empowering adolescent girls from low-income communities with the skills they need to make informed life choices and enable them to fulfil their potential. 

Through a combination of sports and life skills training, Goal aims to empower and equip adolescent girls with the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to be integral economic leaders in their families, communities and societies.

Goal aims to reach 600,000 girls from 2006 to 2018. From 2006 to 2016, we’ve reached more than 285,000 girls across 25 markets.
