Sculptural installation
This piece works to conjure the image of a cyborg body without the physical presentation of such. In this sense, it communicates with the cyborg as mythology, without insisting on a ‘realization’ of the figure. In the space between green-screen, 3D modeling, typing, and ergonomic design, it understands the body as already in fragments, but with each fragment calling upon a hybrid potentiality. Inherent to its political project is the excavating of old/new tools and technologies to push for a non-normative future, one already-present and never-to-come.
