Quadrat was an incredible project, we were to create an art installation out of textiles that were about to be thrown away from our material room in The Design School. We took a week to take the carpet, wallpaper and fabric samples out of their original packaging and then sort it out by color and materiality, then each group has to work together and somehow tie or glue each piece into chicken wire. There were about six different design, including creating flowers and interlacing it with the chicken wire. This was a fun project!
