The project of the residential area of the IT Valley near Moscow, Russia. The concept was led by the circle shape of the construction site taking place in a natural park. Townhouses build the boundary and divide space into two parts: an internal urban park and an outside wild park.
Each apartment opens both inside and outside. The internal part is the multifunctional urban surface covering public and commercial spaces. Each apartment taking place on the ground has a front yard.
The parking along the outside outer border lays like a natural ditch. Outside parking and multifunctional urban surface allow the organization an inseparable walking area and simultaneously good connection with other residences and IT areas.
