Project. Steele Creek Farms is a 300 unit land subdivision project planned for Bristol, TN. Dr. Erikson was the asset manager overseeing predevelopment design, processing and marketing for this proposed project. Time Equities, Inc. is the developer in association with Scot Kaufman.
History. Time Equities Inc. is currently in the process of subdividing Steel Creek Farms in Bristol, TN with the assistance of Wood & Partners, Landscape Architects. The site is located next to Steele Creek County Park in a countryside of rolling hills. Steel Creek Park has a golf course and a recreational lake, and our Master Plan will connect open space pedestrian corridors to that park. Steel Creek Farms will be oriented towards Active Adults, with a focus on common areas with community gardens, green ways, an outdoor swimming pool and recreational complex.
