Due to disruptions in smooth functioning of the processes, a need was felt to develop a consolidated SOP manual for all MTM processes. This manual maps End-to-End processes using tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process sheets and Swimlane diagram. It helped in achieving business goals and enhancing customer experience.
