Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2018

Task
to create a sign which presents Bulgaria as a unique place with
great traditions as part of the European Union
Solution
Mountaintop, element of embroidery, geometric shapes of historical sites,
letter "B" from Bulgaria, cock as symbol for courage, pride and awakening, Bulgarian rose, are just a small part of the symbols that can be recognized in the logo.
Locked in the silhouette of heart, they create a sense of uniqueness and modernity
of Bulgarian culture as part of the European Union.
The selected colors - red and green dominate in Bulgarian embroidery and costumes, and also create an association with the colors of national flag.
