This was for one of my graphic design classes in college. Our type of product was picked for us - Holi Beauty - and we decided what to do with the product. My idea was for a natural, sulfate-free shampoo with a slightly larger conditioner bottle. I decided to go ahead and promote the sulfate, paraben and additive-free product on the front label, as well as adding that the conditioner is slightly larger, since especially women tend to use more conditioner on their hair than shampoo.
I kept the logo simple but attractive, and added little accents for the "cherry blossom" smell. My idea for the bottle was that it could be made with 100% biodegradable plastic, making the product 100% safe for the environment, and the user. Add in that the product is also recyclable and not tested on animals, and the entire product and design should appeal to any environmentally conscious consumer!!
