O OnHold Music Festival foi o primeiro festival de música de espera telefônica no Brasil, resultado de uma ação realizada pela agência Grey para o site Reclame Aqui no Dia do Consumidor. Palcos foram montados em frente às empresas que tiveram as notas mais negativas no site de atendimento ao consumidor, e uma banda de rock tocou músicas de espera telefônica em último volume. Nosso trabalho foi desenvolver uma série de pôsteres, ilustrações e letterings para dar um visual incrível a essa idéia.
O Projeto foi vencedor de três Leões em Cannes, um Wood Pencil no D&AD, finalista
do Latin America Design Awards 2018, vencedor do Brasil Design Award 2018 na categoria Crafts for Design, e selecionado para a 13ª Bienal de Design Gráfico da ADG.

The OnHold Music Festival was the first call waiting music festival in Brazil, the result of an action by Gray agency for the website Reclame Aqui on Consumer’s Day. Stages were set up in front of the companies that had the most negative ratings on the customer service site, and a rock band played call waiting songs at full volume. Our job was to develop a series of posters, illustrations and letterings to give this idea an incredible look.
The project won 3 Cannes Lions, one Wood Pencil at D&AD, was A finalyst at Latin America Design Awards 2018, won the Crafts for Design category at Brasil Design Award 2018, and was selected for the 13ª ADG’s Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial.
