In Cold Blood, Truman Capote
The Brief
to design a cover which breaks boundaries in the same way that the book did. It should be bold, maybe even shocking, yet remain true to the book, reflecting both its literary merit and its chilling content.
My solution
After thoroughly researching the story, I designed a book cover that is simple but conceptually powerful - using a typographical metaphor to symbolize the two murderers that were executed for their terrible crimes.
