I have designed the whole new internal system for a major Baltic real estate company Arco Vara. I was working with the Estonian digital studio Girf on this project and also got help of my buddy Jose Prieto Garay.

This is a complex system that needed to include many functions, accommodate different roles in the company (brokers, advertisers, etc.) and account for lots of different data types.

I had to analyze a lot of information and come up with solution that was as simple and easy-to-use as possible.

I have designed the whole UX, user flows and interactions, and have outputed all that into visual layouts.

About 30 total layouts were designed.

This CRM system is mostly for company’s real estate agents to manage and sell real estate objects.
