MotoAmino app - Criticism/Advice wanted

This was a title piece for the Moto Amino app's livestream on YouTube. This being the first edition; I then created a more vibrant one. Both were used alternating each week.
They gave me the freedom to do as I pleased as they did not know what they wanted. With the Netflix tv series Stranger Things playing a role in the inspiration, this was the result.
The alternate title for the Moto Amino livestream. I was asked to included the YouTube colours and try to make it easily noticable when used as a thumbnail.
I had dabbled in Photoshop in the past, which led me to applying for a volunteered position in a new community app. I was invited into the Moto Amino design team and this was the first project up for grabs. This was to be used on the front page to showcase the Trivia/quiz events. This was also the first real time I had created anything on Photoshop.
This was the idea I sent them to gauge what they wanted. I did not want to throw a load of question marks on there for trivia, but more a cosy cup of tea. Imagining someone sat in a cafe, filling in a crossword.
They loved the idea/theme but wanted a few things changing. Cup at the top, the crossword to bring in the trivia vibe and the Moto Amino logo. I struggled a little with making the logo fit the scene but settled on coasters to try get a natural realistic look
To celebrate hitting 30,000 active members on the app they asked for something epic. This was the final piece I came with and they liked. I did an alternate to give them a choice or inspire to direction as to what they were looking for
The alternate 30,000 piece
A thank you piece from the Moto Amino team to its members.
A custom piece made for one of the leaders of the app to have as a background. The front two bikes are representing two groups within the app, the mechanics and marketing groups.
