Omni Skate
Skate that utilizes oscilation from the user to generate torque and movement
Based on the creation of a gear system patented for the use on the transformation of oscillatory movement into rotation movement, the whole front of the board in the skate will be attached to the rest of the body trough an universal link, permitting it to move freely. This will allow the user to move the front board in a movement similar to the one performed by a surfer on a wave, to the right and to the left. The gear system underneath the front board will transform that movement into rotation for the front wheels, putting the skate into motion. In the way that the gears are assembled, it is possible for the user to stop the oscillatory movement and still enjoy the ride freely before picking up pace again.
