The images above and below show a closer look at the rolla-die. This die consists of two rails that are connected with a setscrew for adjustable spacing, and two rollers that resemble extruded crescents. The image below shows the extreme accuracy of the bend that can be achieved with this simple press. This is the final bending operation.
