Personal Calligraphy Illustrated Challenge.
This is the name I gived to my own personal challenge. I wanted to improve my calligraphy skills that´s when I decided to start taking some the lyrics of some great songs and make a small phrase with an illustration. Here´s the result of the first idea and the following 7 days / 7 songs I did.
First Idea
One day I decided to write down in gothic the lyrics of this song as a practice for my calligraphy skills, and that´s when I came up with the idea of the challenge "Lyrics2Calligraphy".

Day 1
I started with this one on Monday 20th of February and is the soundtrack of Vikings that's why the capital V at the top.

This song is a masterpiece and I love it... really I do... I hv like 4 or 5 cover versions of it.

Day 4
As you can see I decided all songs to have a medieval epic theme so for this day I decided to do a classic song for all the heros and princess in danger.

Now this song and of course the movies as well are epic in all sort of ways... Obviously I couldn't do something as great as it so that's why decided to keep it simple.

Okey so far this is my favorite calligraphy & song from my challenge. This song belongs to Diana login on League of Legends. The song is really epic & beautiful, it describe the battle/hate between the sun and the moon. Check it out.

Day 7
So this is the last gothic calligraphy I do for this personal challenge. By the way I love Imagine Dragons and this song was perfect for this project... Now I don't know what new calligraphy projects I will do. For now I'm happy with what I did and hv a couple of new things on mind.
