Quorn - Meat Free Day
The Problem

No one was actively talking or doing anything to identify the problem and provide a solution to enable us to change our behaviour and solve the problem of eating Quorn and meat free products.  

So World Meat Free Day was born to demonstrate how we can make a change and do something positive.   

Target Audience

To have the biggest impact and to make the most change, engage the whole world and encourage as many people to take part.

Appeal to both men and women of all ages, from children to pensioners, all over the world.
The Challenge/Brief

To create a campaign to promote World Meat Free Day and encourage people to go meat free for the day. 

What the campaign needs to be - Must be emotive, Must be easy to understand and get involved in, Must create a positive solution and Must be able to be used globally.

The Solution

The solution will be to encourage everyone to go meat free for one day.

To do this I have come up with an idea that allows people to get involved with the campaign.

The campaign will allow members of the public to get involved, with posters to make people aware of the day.

This campaign will include a variety of advertising techniques. 
Logo Design

The Logo design i came up with is designed to be childish but also reaches out to the older target audience. The image below is the logo i designed for 'Meat Free Day'. 

Promotions

One aspect of this campaign will be to encourage people to get involved.

To do this, the idea will be based around everyday items that people use.

Below are some ideas of how the campaign for Meat Free Day will be promoted and advertised. 

The cup promotions will be part of the campaign by coffee shops promoting the day.    Example of this would be Starbucks/costa promoting the day through providing these cups instead of the usual cups/mugs.

The carrier bags will be provided in shops across the world as part of the promotion.

As part of the the campaign, stalls will be placed in and around cities to make people aware of the day and provide them with a chance of purchasing products to show support to the day.

Also, T-shirts and hoodies will be provided to try and persuade people to get on board with the campaign. 
Poster Ideas

This poster will be used to promote and advertise the day in general. The Meat Free Day poster will be to raise awareness of the date.

This style of poster will be advertised in and around cities as posters and flyers.

Advertised in coffee shops and shopping malls.

Poster Promotions

The posters below are aimed towards the younger spectrum of audiences, to try and encourage more than just adults. I have included well known celebrity's as a way of trying to persuade the younger audience to get involved.
